He is also the Managing Director of Billbrain Technologies Ltd, where he oversees strategy development, project management, client engagement, innovation, and operational management. His work in the ICT sector is driven by a passion for leveraging technology to support organizational growth, digital transformation, and high-performing teams.

Academically, James is a PhD Fellow at Makerere University, with research interests centered on innovation and Artificial Intelligence towards community solutions and resilience. He also holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from University of Portsmouth and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Makerere University, reflecting a strong academic foundation in technology, innovation, and information systems.
